We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for eligible products.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged.
- After verification, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Processing Time:
- The exchange process typically takes 5–7 working days.
Important:
- Exchange is allowed only once per order.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and with original tags.
2. Return Policy
- Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Request must be initiated within 24 hours via email: care@raanisahieba.com
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale products
- Discounted items
- Customized / stitched products
3. Refund
- 85% refund of product value
- ₹200 return pickup charge applicable
Refunds will be processed via UPI / bank transfer. No cash refunds.
4. Return Process
- Step 1: Request approval via email/WhatsApp.
- Step 2: Reverse pickup arranged within 2–3 business days (if serviceable).
- Step 3: Product inspection at warehouse.
- Step 4: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Step 5: Credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
5. Mandatory Video Proof
- A 360-degree unboxing video is required for any damage or wrong item claims.
- Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
6. Self Shipping
- If pickup is unavailable, customer must ship product at own cost.
- Include Order ID and contact details.
7. Order Cancellation
- Allowed only before dispatch.
- No cancellation after shipment.
8. Important Conditions
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of refusal of delivery, RTO charges will be deducted.
- Slight color variation may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
