We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
WE HAVE 24 hours refund return and replacement policy
Replacement products will be delivered within 5-7 days
In case of any refund is processed it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 days
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return request via email at care@raanisahieba.com.
Important:
- Products purchased during sale, discount, or with coupon codes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Clearance items are strictly non-returnable.
2. Refund
- 85% of product value will be refunded.
- ₹200 return pickup fee applicable (may vary depending on weight/size).
Refunds will be processed via UPI, bank transfer, or original payment method. No cash refunds.
3. Return Process
- Step 1: Request approval via email/WhatsApp.
- Step 2: Reverse pickup arranged within 2–3 business days (if serviceable).
- Step 3: Product inspection at warehouse.
- Step 4: Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Step 5: Credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
4. Mandatory Unboxing Video
- A 360-degree unboxing video is required for any damage or wrong product claims.
- Without video proof, claims may not be accepted.
5. Self Shipping (If Pickup Not Available)
- Customer must courier the product at their own cost.
- Include Order ID and contact details inside the package.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible products.
- Free exchange available once per order.
- Subject to stock availability.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
8. Non-Acceptance of Delivery
- If customer refuses delivery, shipping and RTO charges will be deducted from refund.
- Repeated misuse may lead to account restrictions.
9. Damaged / Incorrect Product
- Report within 24 hours with images and video proof.
- Resolution will be provided after verification.
