1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Raani Sahieba by S K Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Product Assurance
All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen differences.

3. Pricing & Availability
Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

5. Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect product delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags
- Original packaging must be intact

6. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. Shipping Policy
Orders are delivered within 10–12 days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. User Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information. Fraudulent orders may be cancelled.

9. Payment Security
We use secure payment gateways. Raani Sahieba by S K Designs

is not responsible for unauthorized transactions.

10. Age Requirement
Users must be 18 years or older or have parental consent.

11. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to Pune, Maharashtra jurisdiction.
