• Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Products should be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. Items purchased on sale, discount, or clearance are non-returnable.
• Approved returns are eligible for an 85% refund, with a ₹200 return pickup fee. Refunds are processed after inspection and credited within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
• Important: A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or incorrect product claims. Without video proof, claims may not be accepted.
• Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability.
• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. Shipping/RTO charges will be deducted if delivery is refused.
